Client consultation and design process

Our design journey begins with an in-depth consultation with you to discuss your ideas, preferences, and specific requirements. During this meeting, we actively listen to your needs and ask targeted questions to gain a comprehensive understanding of your vision. We make careful note of any particular design elements or materials you wish to incorporate and consider the overall style and aesthetic of the space.

Following the consultation, we conduct a detailed site survey to gather precise measurements and assess the space. Armed with this information, our designers create digital 3D models of the proposed staircase design. These models are then developed into detailed and accurate three-dimensional renders, offering a realistic visualisation of the final product. This step allows you to see your staircase design come to life and make any adjustments before production begins.

Part 2 of 3

Manufacture

Once the design is finalised, we transition to the manufacturing phase. Our team of skilled craftsmen takes pride in using only the highest-quality materials and the latest manufacturing techniques to meticulously handcraft each staircase. We pay close attention to every detail, ensuring that the final product is not only visually stunning but also fully functional and safe. Every staircase we create is a testament to our commitment to excellence and precision.

Installation and ongoing support

If requested, we can handle the installation of the staircase in your space. Our experienced and efficient installation team ensures a seamless process, delivering a final product that not only meets but exceeds your expectations.

Throughout the entire design and installation process, we prioritise clear communication and collaboration with our clients. We keep you informed at every stage, providing regular updates and seeking your feedback to ensure the final result is exactly as you envisioned.

Should you choose to use your own local builders for installation – often a more cost-effective option – we will provide everything necessary for a successful fit. This includes comprehensive guidance on installation and expert advice whenever needed.

Six core designs

Choose your style. Tweak every detail.

Every design is available in any RAL powder-coated colour, with clean glass or traditional steel balustrades, and an oak handrail or bare glass edge.

Cantilever

Treads fixed into a structural wall with no visible string – the purest floating look.

Treads 110 × 270 mm · glass on the open side

Centre spine

A single steel spine follows the step profile beneath the treads.

Straight string

Clean, straight plate strings carry the treads, with glass fixed straight to the string.

Cut string

The string is cut to the step profile, with the tread ends overhanging it.

Inboard string

Strings set in from the tread ends, so the oak appears to float past the steel.
